How we use your information
When you request a free marketing review, iBookLeads stores your website address and email so the owner can review your request and reply. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or take payment.
What gets recorded
We store your email, website address, request date, and review status in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management service. We send a confirmation email and notify Ricky when you submit. We also count page visits using a random session identifier kept in your browser for that session. These counts are not unique-person counts. No advertising pixels are used.
Who can see it
New requests are collected through an embedded GoHighLevel form and are accessible to iBookLeads through its CRM. Earlier requests remain in the restricted website inbox. Our hosting and CRM providers process information to operate these services. Your email is not shown on the public page.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting contact details. After receiving a reply, you can ask iBookLeads to correct or delete your request. Request information is kept until the owner removes it; no automatic deletion schedule is configured.
About the marketing review
The owner reviews your public website and marketing presence to assess whether he can help. If there is a fit, he records a personal video review and replies manually. Private systems or results require your input and appropriate access. Any paid implementation begins only after we agree on scope, fees and a kickoff date. Submitting this form does not start a subscription, activate campaigns, connect your accounts or authorize charges. Do not submit patient records, passwords or sensitive customer information through this site.
